Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your GurKarkhana account and all associated data at any time. Once processed, this action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted: your account, login credentials, plant and season records, farmer and labourer data, cane intake entries, payment records, attendance logs, and any uploaded photos.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@gurkarkhana.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number. We will process your request within 7 days and send a confirmation once done.
You can also send this request directly from within the GurKarkhana app: go to Settings → Delete Account.
What happens after deletion
- Your account is deactivated immediately on receipt of the request.
- All personal data and records are permanently deleted within 7 days.
- Backups are purged within 30 days.
- Data required by law (e.g. transaction records) may be retained for the legally required period.
